CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Zakasi aim is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a product and you do not like the fit, color or design. You can initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery. Request you to kindly get in touch with us on +91-011-65356565 between 10 am –6 pm or mail us at email@example.com. Once the return request is received within 5 Days of Delivery, it will be honoured. Please note that in case you have requested for return and not responded to our first reply within 5 days, then your return request will not be accepted. Kindly call us at +91-011-65356565 between 10 am – 8 pm and drop an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following the below mentioned simple steps :
1. Mail us within 24 hrs of delivery.
2. Please do Mention your Order Number in the subject line or send the email from the registered mail ID on our website.
3. Please ensure the returned product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.
4. The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.
5. All the returned products should be packed safely to prevent any damage or loss during transit.
6. For all self shipment, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 5 days of raising the return request.
We understand the reasons for returns:-
a. Product Dissatisfaction
b. There is a manufacturing defect.
c. Size Issue/ differ Pattern
d. General Replacement
e. Incorrect Product Receipt.
f. Product has been shipped with an expired expiry date.
g. Wrong amount charged.
Returns for all the reasons will be replaced with the same product, any other product of your choice or store credits. In case you have informed us about the replaced product and we do not have the product in stock once we receive your return and we will process the refund.
Well our aim is always to get you best deals and we do accept returns on apparel, watches & footwear however, following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange”; unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to amiss from our vendor’s side.

Kindly note that we will not be able to accept return under the following scenarios:-
- Damaged product as a result of usage
- Any consumable item which has been used
- Tampered products.
- Opened perfumes.
- Damage and defect which is not covered under the warranty given by the manufacturer
- Products returned without original packaging and all other accessories included in the Delivery box.
Product can be returned in the following ways :-
a. Self-shipment by customer – We would request you to kindly self-ship the product and the returned product to reach us within 5 days of providing the address details to you. Please send us the scanned copy of courier slip within 5 days of couriering the product. For all self-shipments, we will reimburse Rs. 100/- towards shipment charges as store credits which can be used to purchase any product from our website in the future. Please note that all returns are subject to product quality checking.
All returns are refunded in the form of store credits, which can be redeemed on any product on our website within a period of 12 months.
Refund in the form of store credits will only include the price of the merchandise returned subject to quality check by our team. Please note that Cash on Delivery Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product please send an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly. We can replace the defective/ damaged product or refund the amount, as per your choice. Kindly note Cash on Delivery charges is not refundable if charged. Once you have requested for a refund, we will be asking you for dispatch the product to the company address and same policy as we have mentioned above, once we received the product we will ask you to provide your account detail with the same name (Buyer name). It will take us 48 hrs for refund initiation. We will inform you once the process has been completed.
In case of prepaid payments, the money is transferred back to the source of payment and it may take from 5-15 days for the refund to be processed, depending on different banks. Kindly contact with your bank with your transaction number in case there is any delay further.
In case of COD orders, we will deposit the amount in your account in the form of cheque or Online transfer.
Your returns must reach our Return Cell with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds..
What is the process of Order Cancellation?
Customer has the choice to cancel the order before the product has been shipped. Kindly call / mail us and inform. In case the product is already shipped but not yet delivered, kindly call us and we will take care of the same with our logistics partner. For prepaid orders, 5% of your order value will be deducted and rest will be processed as refund.
Unfortunately, Delivered order can’t be cancelled. Delivered order will be treated as returned product.
*** Note – We always value our customer but due to miss use of our return policy we do not accept returns or replacement from the same Email ID or contact number more than two time of 2 months. Same with refunds are not processed more than once in the same of 2 months for returns sent from the same Mail ID or contact number.
